To, že cyklus ženy má v průběhu měsíce různé fáze, víme asi všechny. Dá se však tohle všechno nějak propojit i s plánováním vašich aktivit? Myslím si, že ano.
Podrážděnost, úzkost, citlivost… stavy, které občas prožívá každá z nás. Zvláště před menstruací. Když mě navíc v tyto dny čeká něco, co se nepovede, přichází frustrace. A tak jsem začala pátrat, zda je možné, že některé věci bych zvládla v jinou dobu snáze či lépe? Protože jsem schopná plánovat si do puntíku vše, rozhodla jsem si zkusit i cyklické plánování. Sama jsem zvědavá, zda to zvýší mou produktivitu či uklidní mou roztěkanost.
1. fáze – menstruační
Fáze se počítají od prvního dne menstruace. Cítíme se často unavené a nemáme dostatek sil. Zvlášť pokud máte navíc nějaké potíže jako bolesti podbřišku, zad, hlavy. Ve svém diáři byste si tedy měly naplánovat především odpočinek. V první dnech to rozhodně není ideální čas na překonávání rekordů ve fitku. Co je ale naopak vhodné si naplánovat, je třídění a probírání něčeho, co běžně odkládáte. Takže čistka šatníku, úklid šanonů s papíry, udělat si pořádek v šuplících, úklid pracovního stolu. Tyto činnosti by vám měly jít v tuto dobu dobře od ruky.
Použít můžete ale i různé mobilní aplikace, kterých je ke stažení mnoho.
2. fáze folikulární
To je oficiální název, protože dozrává vajíčko. Vy byste v těchto chvílích měla mít nejvíce energie. Měly by vám jít od ruky všechny těžší úkoly a je to ideální doba k plnění předsevzetí. V tuto dobu se také cítíme nejvíce sebevědomé, takže je to i čas sociálních interakcí a flirtu. V tuto dobu je dobré objednat se ke kadeřníkovi, posilovat, či běhat či se vrhnout na pořádný jarní úklid.
3. fáze ovulační
V této době je ideální pečovat o ostatní. O vztahy, děti, zvířata, ale i zahrádku. V této chvíli je také dobré pořádat párty či večeře, protože jsme zkrátka rády hostitelkami. Ženy jsou prý v tomto období nejpřitažlivější, ale také mají nejlepší komunikační a přesvědčovací dovednosti. No, to rozhodně stojí za vyzkoušení.
4. fáze premenstruační
Tuto fázi asi není třeba popisovat. Každá z nás ji prožívá méně či více intenzivně. Více se uzavíráme do sebe a pomalu nám ubývá energie. Pro lepší zvládnutí této fáze je ideální si naplánovat masáž či jógu. Skvělou činností je také tvoření. Cokoliv, co máte rády. Kreslení, vyrábění nebo plánování bydlení.
