DIY stolní plánovač – Soustřeď se, holka!
Poslední dobou vůbec nestíhám plánovat do diáře, a tak se mým velkým pomocníkem stal stolní plánovač. Mám ho na pracovním stole hned vedle klávesnice a vždy když si vzpomenu na nějaký důležitý úkol, rychle si ho zapíši, než na něj zase za pár chvil zapomenu. Dlouho jsem si tiskla tento, ale nastal čas udělat změnu a já jsem přesně věděla, v čem by měl být ten nový lepší.

Jestli je něco, co mi na starém plánovači opravdu vadilo, pak to, že byl nedatovaný. Doplnit si data sice není nic složitého, ale nikdy jsem nebyla tak pilná, abych měla plánovač připravený na celý rok dopředu. Zapisovala jsem si tak vždy jen pár následujících týdnů dopředu, a to se mi dost často vymstilo. Nový plánovač je tedy datovaný a obsahuje svátky, na ty totiž také stále zapomínám. Další podmínkou bylo, aby byl barevný (černé už bylo dost) ale zároveň nezruinoval tiskárnu a hodil se do každé pracovny. Soboty i neděle jsou pro mě pracovní, takže bylo třeba, aby všechny dny v týdnu měly stejný prostor pro plánování. Já používám plánovač ve formátu A4, ale pokud nemáte na stole tolik místa, snadno si ho můžete při tisku zmenšit.

Vyrob si svůj stolní plánovač.
Plánovač jsem připravila jak v datované tak i nedatované verzi, můžete si tedy vybrat tu, která vám vyhovuje více. A doporučuji tisknout na papír gramáže 100g/m².
- Stáhni si PDF stolního plánovače.
- Otevři soubor PDF v programu Adobe Reader.
- Jdi do Soubor – Tisknout a v oddíle Velikost a zpracování stránek zaškrtni Skutečná velikost. V případě datované verze nezapomeň také nastavit číslo stránky, od které chceš soubor vytisknout, ať zbytečně netiskneš týdny, které už jsou za námi.
- Vytištěné listy si můžeš slepit nebo sešít a nechat na stole, připíchnout na nástěnku nebo dát na lednici. Zkrátka umístit tam, kde budeš mít své plány stále na očích.
