Bullet Journal. To je mezi námi, milovníky plánování, velký fenomén! Když si vybavím všechny ty dokonalé zápisky, se kterými se setkávám u BuJo milovnic,ztrácím dech! Krása střídá nádheru. Jenže jsem tušila, že za Bullet Journalem je trochu víc než jen krásné stránky. A když se mi do ruky dostala nádherná publikace Metoda Bullet Journal od samotného zakladatele Rydera Carrolla, nadešel čas tomu přijít na kloub. Letos ho v českém překladu vydalo nakladatelství Jan Melvil Publishing.
Bullet Journal jako způsob, jak zklidnit svou mysl
Ryder Caroll, autor knihy i tvůrce Bullet Journal metody, se neliší od jiných, kteří přišli na trh s něčím novým. Vycházel z vlastní potřeby, kterou mu dosavadní způsoby plánování nenabízely. Potřeboval zklidnit svou chaotickou mysl. Chtěl najít způsob, jak mít veškeré plány, poznámky, nápady a myšlenky pohromadě v ucelené podobě. A tak zkoušel. Škrtal. Přidával. A zdokonaloval. Až se dostal do fáze, kdy se tu a tam se svým systémem někomu pochlubil a dotyčný mu odvětil: „Páni, tohle si přece nemůžeš nechat pro sebe!“
A taky že nenechal. Byl to pro něj zázrak! Díky metodě Bullet Journal měl zase pocit pevné půdy pod nohama, narostlo mu zdravé sebevědomí, lépe se soustředil, nacházel novou inspiraci a cítil se daleko klidnější. Ostatně to nadšení, které je v knize přímo hmatatelné, vás možná taky nakazí a zasadí červíka do hlavy. Co kdybych to přece jen zkusila? Jo, i mě toto nesčetněkrát při čtení napadlo.

Ale teď k věci. Kniha je opravdu nabitá informacemi! Aby ne, vždyť má 300 stran! Pro ty, kteří nad metodou Bullet Journal přemýšlí, je jako dělaná. Představí vám celý systém ve své plné kráse a krok za krokem vysvětlí, jak s metodou začít, jak si vytvořit kolekce či jak co nejefektivněji dělat bleskové zápisy. A to je jen malý zlomek všeho!
Zabrouzdráte i do samotné praxe a podíváte se na vychytávky pro BuJo milovníky, které jste možná doposud neznali, ač jste třeba zapálení „bulleťáci“. Kniha jde hluboko pod povrch, není to jen obecné plácání. Nedovedu si představit podrobnější publikaci.
Osobně bych možná uvítala daleko více názorných ukázek, protože některé věci zní na papíře trochu krkolomně, a přitom jsou v reálu jednoduché. Jedna ilustrace totiž kolikrát vydá za tisíc slov. Ale tento malý šrám na duši bez problémů doplní stovky fotografií, které najdete třeba na Instagramu pod hasthagy #bulletjournal, #bulletjournalczsk či #bujocz nebo ve Facebookové skupině Bullet Journal CZ/SK.

7 zajímavých myšlenek, které si odnáším
Ačkoliv nejsem “bulleťačka”, i tak mě kniha v mnohém obohatila a některé věci aplikuji i v klasickém diáři. Třeba jasnější zápisy či kolekci k větším událostem, jako je dovolená či oslava narozenin. A taky jsem si vypsala mnoho zajímavých myšlenek, které mě něčím oslovily. Pár z nich vám tady nasdílím a ty ostatní … ty si musíte už najít mezi řádky sami!
- Naše soustředění se zhoršuje, když máme v místnosti chytrý telefon. I ten, který má tichý režim nebo je dokonce úplně vypnutý.
- Hmatový pohyb ruky při psaní stimuluje naši mysl efektivněji než psaní na klávesnici. Na rozdíl od psaní na klávesnici totiž aktivuje několik oblastí mozku naráz. Díky tomu se to, co si píšeme rukou, ukládá do paměti hlouběji.
- „Když nikdy nezačnete, neúspěch je zaručen.“ Ale zato když to zkusíte, je šance, že to vyjde. A pokud ne, berte neúspěch jako lekci, která vás v životě někam dostane.
- Časový odhad čehokoliv vždy vynásobte třemi. Pokrok je totiž důležitější než rychlost. A když to stihnete dřív, jedině dobře!
- Dělejte raději menší změny, protože ty velké vás mohou vyděsit! Čím těžší úkol, tím více vás totiž stojí úsilí a tím vyšší je pravděpodobnost, že ho odložíte.
- Když jde nějaká činnost těžko a nevíte, kudy dál, položte si otázku: „Jakou maličkost mohu udělat, abych se právě teď posunul/a o trochu dál a cítil/a se lépe“. A najednou vám to naskočí a okamžitě se budete cítit o kousíček lépe. Ověřeno!
- Pokud se vám něco nechce, tak místo přemýšlení nad tím, jaká to bude otrava, se raději zkuste zaměřit na pocit, který vám daná činnost přinese.
A moje nejoblíbenější věta z celé knihy. „Dokud člověku bije srdce, vždycky má na výběr.“ Je všeříkající a má obrovský přesah. Díky všem v nakladatelství Jan Melvil Publishing, že si český překlad knihy vzali na svá bedra. Stálo to za to!
