Měsíční přehled: Co si do něj zapisovat?
Měsíční přehledy bývají součástí většiny diářů. Někdo je taktně přehlíží, jiný bez nich nedá ani ránu. Začněte je letos používat. Ani nevíte, jak vám mohou ulehčit život!
Dlouho jsem měsíční přehledy považovala za zbytečné a naprosto jsem si vystačila s týdenním kalendářem. Měla jsem pocit, že bych jen znovu zapisovala to samé a ještě zpětně.
Potom jsem si ale přečetla knihu Metoda Bullet Journal a začala s bullet journalem. Rázem jsem pochopila kouzlo měsíčních přehledů a začala je funkčně využívat. Dnes se s vámi chci podělit o to, jak měsíční přehled využívám já a co všechno si tam můžete psát vy.
Můj měsíční přehled
Mně nejvíc vyhovuje bullet journalová klasika. Na jedné straně mám pod sebou v řádcích napsané dny (ty si ještě dělím napůl na osobní věci a články na blog) a na druhé straně prostor na poznámky. Zkoušela jsem několikrát i čtverce, ale nějak mi zkrátka nesedí.
Stranu na poznámky využívám jako místo na záznam úkolů, nápadů na články, zaznamenávání toho nejlepšího z daného měsíce, obecné poznámky a momentálně taky jako místo, kam si zaznamenávám Rozárčiny milníky. Vyhovuje mi, že můžu vidět celý měsíc na jedné straně a vím, co všechno nás čeká, případně potom zpětně, co všechno se událo. Z měsíčního přehledu pak také čerpám úkoly do týdenního kalendáře.
