Jak uchovávat své recepty?
Další z velkého ranku věcí, které si můžeme zorganizovat, jsou recepty. Sama jsem s tímhle dlouho bojovala a přemýšlela, jak tohle velké sousto pojmout. Možností je nespočet a vybrat tu správnou může být náročné. Navíc je potřeba věnovat čas tomu, dát všechny recepty dohromady. Výsledek pak ale zaručeně stojí za to. Dnes vám chci předat pár tipů, jak si udělat pořádek v receptech.
Papírová forma
Papírová forma, to je klasika pro všechny papírové nadšence.
- Krabička s kartičkami. Recepty jsou napsané na kartičkách a seřazené podle typu a abecedy v krabici. Krabici i s českými kartičkami seženete třeba u Kreativu anebo jich je spoustu ke stažení na Pinterestu.
- Kroužkový blok s oddělovači, kam si recepty můžete psát, vkládat, lepit. Podobně jsem to zpracovala s velkým Clipbookem A4.
- Recepty zapsané v nějakém pěkném sešitu s pevnými deskami. Je to takový klasický styl našich babiček. Recepty, které se vám osvědčí, si zapíšete a uchováte i pro další generace.
- Receptář – sešit určený přímo na recepty. Koupíte je od různých značek a jsou graficky uzpůsobené přesně tomuto účelu. Pár tipů, kde se po nich podívat: Cleverminds, Moje kuchařka, Receptář My #Upgrade, Busy B, Happy planner, Moleskine či horká novinka od české značky Zorganizováno.
Digitální forma
Digitální forma je tady pro všechny, kteří chtějí mít recepty vždycky po ruce, ať jsou kdekoliv.
- Pinterest – můj oblíbenec. Recepty si tady ukládám na nástěnky rozdělené podle typů a je to moje nejvyužívanější věc na recepty.
- Aplikace – Paprika, My recipe box, Recipe keeper, Cookmate, Evernote.
Jak svoje recepty uchováváte vy? Zapisujete si je? Vystřihujete z časopisů? A kam?
