Prostě úplně regulérně napište ke všem těm úkolům, ze kterých vám jde hlava kolem, i něco hezkého. A fakt si to dopřejte, klidně během dne. Není to odměna, je to vaše povinnost. Zvláště pokud jste si už dlouho neudělali pro samé úkoly čas na sebe, bude to pro vás velmi příjemná změna.

Já s tím také začala. Nešlo to hned. Když jsem si do TO DO listu sepsala takové malé rozmazlování poprvé, měla jsem stejně tendenci přehlížet to. Pousmála jsem se nad tím, ale to bylo všechno. Ale stejně jsem to nakonec udělala a ten pocit byl skvělý! Přitom to vlastně nesebralo tolik času a nabilo mě to k dalším úkolům. Což je přesně to, o co jde!
Nechci vás nabádat k prokrastinaci. Není v pořádku mávnout nad povinnostmi rukou a namísto toho strávit den co den několik hodin nad seriály. Chci tím jen říct, že i radosti patří do vašich plánů. Protože jestli je něco vaším opravdovým úkolem, tak je to prožít spokojený a šťastný život!
