Nestiháte vše ze svého TO-DO listu? No a co!
Já jsem milovník všech TO-DO listů světa. Velkých plánů a představ o tom, co všechno zaručeně stihnu. Dokonce si píšu i časový plán k jednotlivým úkolům, abych měla jistotu, že to musím zvládnout. Položte přede mě čistý papír a popíšu ho odshora až dolů.
Jenže pak to dopadá tak, že klidně půlku věcí ze seznamu úkolu nemám hotovou. Normálně uvažující člověk by řekl, že je při tomto množství úplně logické, že to nestihnu. Ale jak to vnímám já? Všechny ty přeškrtnuté úkoly rázem mizí v zapomnění a já vidím jen jediné. Kolik jsem toho nestihla, sakra!

Máte to taky tak? Že vám při pohledu na nedokončený TO-DO list nenaskočí slova chvály, jak jste dobří, kolik jste toho už zvládli, ale spíše frustrace z toho, co všechno jste nestihli. Přece to musíte udělat. Musíte to zvládnout! Přes to vlak nejede.
Prozradím vám jedno tajemství. Nemusíte nic. Nenechte se ovládnout představami, co byste mohli v ideálním životě stihnout a nestíháte.
Je úplně v pořádku:
- zvládnout jen pár nejdůležitějších úkolů, které mají prioritu,
- zaměřit se jen na ty úkoly, které vám momentálně dávají smysl,
- vrhnout se na to, co se vám chce a zbytek nechat na jindy,
- někdy nedělat vůbec nic.
Buďte k sobě laskaví. Dopřejte si i chvíle, kdy nebude existovat žádné „musím ještě tohle“. Opět připomínám, nemusíte nic. Naplánujte si třeba jeden večer v týdnu, kdy si dopřejete „nicnedělání“. Je to skvělé a důležité!
Osekejte TO-DO list na polovinu. Anebo klidně na třetinu. Že byste toho ale stihli daleko víc? Na to teď nemyslete. Soustřeďte se třeba na 3-5 věcí, které vám daný den dávají obrovský smysl a měly by být hotové. Jakmile je zvládnete, pak můžete nabrat síly a přemýšlet, co dál.
Chvalte se. A fakt hodně. Protože je to třeba. Jakmile jsem s tím začala, cítím se daleko silnější. Najednou si neházím klacky pod nohy a neříkám si, jak jsem líné tele, ale vím, že se snažím a je za mnou i kus dobré práce. A za vámi bezpochyby také, tak na to nezapomínejte!
