Jak si zpříjemnit chvilky s plánováním diáře?
Taky je pro vás plánování s diářem, nebo dokonce diáři a zápisníky, ta nejlepší chvilka týdne? Pro mě také. A zasloužíme si ji dopřát co nejčastěji a opravdu si ji užít.
V době, která nás nutí být doma častěji, než bychom si asi přáli, je dobré hledat si příjemné chvilky a náležitě si je užívat. Větší plánování většinou nechávám na víkend a mám pro vás pár tipů, jak si tuhle chvilku užít stejně jako já.
Úplně nejdůležitější je mít na plánování náladu. Pokud se vám do toho nechce, poznamenejte si třeba jen obyčejnou tužkou nejdůležitější záznamy a vraťte se k tomu jindy, klidně až ve středu, anebo klidně vůbec. Tak prostě týden vynecháte. Nemyslete si, že i naše diáře jsou každý týden perfektně naplánované. I tyhle týdny jsou důležité. Když pak diářem listuju, většinou si vzpomenu, proč není naplánovaný. Byl to tak nabitý týden, že jsem nestíhala? Nebo naopak doba, kdy mi nebylo nejlépe a nebyla nálada? Vždyť ani život si nemůžeme úplně celý naplánovat.
Když ale je ta správná nálada, uvařte si něco dobrého k pití. Podzimní dny vyloženě lákají k něčemu teplému, tak postavte vodu na kávu, oblíbený čaj, doporučuji třeba jasmínový, horkou čokoládu nebo kakao. Já nejraději plánuji sama a ráno u snídaně, takže si k tomu užiju ještě i to jídlo. Takový dortík nebo nějaký dobrý obležený chlebík je nutností. A večer si chvilku můžete zpříjemnit skleničkou vína a oříšky. A až si ten diář opatláte, nezoufejte, aspoň si při listování vzpomenete, jakou dobrotu jste měli.
Zkuste si nařídit naprostý klid. Žádné děti, co kolem vás pobíhají a nutí vás odtrhávat oči k tomu, zda na sebe zrovna nevylévají pití. Žádný partner, který nemá pro plánování pochopení. Tohle je jen váš prostor a vaše časové pásmo. Asi jako, když je Shledon Cooper in the zone.
Udělejte si prostor, vezměte si všechny diáře a zápisníky (ano, je v pořádku nemít jen jeden, opravdu, věřte mi!), všechny samolepky, washi pásky, fixy, linery či pastelky a tvořte. Já si užívám každou vteřinu. Každý tah tužkou. Každé odloupnutí samolepky (nedej bože když dodělám celý aršík, to je teprve slast). Je to jen naše chvilka.
Pro podzimní tvořivé dny jsou jako dělané samolepky z nového listopadového kitu.
Já si k tomu pouštím ještě něco na Youtube nebo na Netflixu. A pokud potřebujete nějaký tip k tomu to vyšperkovat k dokonalosti, pusťte si nějaké tematické. Co třeba videa od Míši v šálku nebo teď tolik populární netflixový pořad Proměna domácnosti?
A po skončení si tu chvilku ještě prodlužte s oblíbeným časopisem, knížkou nebo seriálem. Zpomalte, odpočívejte, nepospíchejte a užívejte si podzimní upršené dny plnými doušky. 🌧 ❤️
